Food Trip at the Food Republic!

When we visited SG last April, Ptra. Hazeil our host brought us to Vivo City, a newly established mall. Its probably the largest mall in the island. They have this food court named Food Republic. It’s right beside the entrance to the MRT that will take you to Sentosa Island via Vivo City. So if you want to fill your stomach before heading to the beach, stop by here. This is a food haven!

Every Asian dish is here, Pad Thai’s, dumpling, dimsums, and none other than the Chicken Rice, hehe. I didn’t eat one here because I was leaning towards hot noodle soup. It was raining outside and it was the perfect meal to contrast the cool air.

Nice Interiors too! Ptra. Hazeil mentioned that the decorations & wood you see at the walls were from actual house ruins from China!

I ordered a classic noodle soup from one of the stalls and a bowl of assorted dumplings.  My pastor and companions brought other kinds of delicacies and they let me have some of them. My taste buds were happy!

Not so noisy and not humid since its air-conditioned unlike some hawker stations. Food is affordable but taste oh so great!IMG_4080   IMG_4087

And these are my pastor’s kids! Aren’t they cute? Hehe! This is at the 2nd floor lake at the Vivo City!IMG_4133

How to get there? Here’s how!
